About Urban Storage - Capitol Hill
Urban Storage sits in Capitol Hill, and the reviews point to the people first. Staff get called kind and patient over and over, and reviewers name Dart and Chuck specifically for walking them through unit size and setup. One reviewer says the facility feels secure and hadn't had a break-in in years. This is a self-storage facility rather than a dedicated RV lot, so check what your rig needs before you commit. The listing mentions gated access and climate control, plus an automated access system and a large elevator. One long-term renter says the elevator breaks down often, so plan around that. On the practical side, renters mention a loading dock and spacious units, and a few call the pricing affordable. The payment setup has drawn complaints: at least one reviewer got tired of requesting a fresh email link each month. Moving carts and packing supplies are on hand, and the front desk gets steady praise.
