About US Storage Centers
US Storage Centers sits on the E Lincoln Avenue corridor, a short drive from Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. RV and boat owners park outdoors on a gated property with personalized entry codes and 24-hour video recording. The office is staffed, so there is someone on site if you need help. Reviewers rate it 4.8 across 720 Google reviews, and the names that come up most are Lisa, Leanne and Elijah. People describe helpful staff who walk them to the right unit and explain the paperwork clearly. Cleanliness and organization get frequent mentions. One caution worth knowing: a reviewer wrote that their rate rose sharply a few months in and pointed to a contract clause allowing price changes. Ask about current rates and terms when you reserve. Online rental is available, and the location suits students and downtown households as well as Lincoln Ave businesses.
