About US Storage Centers
On Nolensville Pike, this US Storage Centers location serves South Nashville, including Woodbine, Glencliff and Berry Hill. The setup covers a lot of ground: around 300 climate-controlled units for furniture and electronics, plus 275 or more drive-up units that make loading easy. It sits behind electronic gated access with 24/7 video recording, and the lot is lit. Reviews lean heavily on the people. Carol, Bobbie, Janessa and Amanda come up by name, and the helpfulness and kind staff mentions pile up. One reviewer got a unit in about 30 minutes after being greeted at the door. Others describe the paperwork and move-in as smooth and easy, and a couple of people mention negotiating a new rate once an intro offer expired. Rentals run month to month, and you can start online. Moving supplies are sold on-site. The property has a 4.9 rating across more than 1,200 Google reviews. Through a Kure It partnership, rentals help fund cancer research. If you need a gate code or account fix, note that one reviewer had trouble reaching someone during a meeting.

“I rented a unit with outside access and a drive through gate with a security control panel. My daughter and I decided to merge our belongings into one big unit, in a climate controlled building.” – Nashville U., Edited 8 months ago, on Google
“Looking for a storage unit? Long term-short term this is your place to go. If the prices don’t keep you the customer service most definitely will. Went in and was immediately greeted by two smiling faced Bobbie and Carol are amazing!!” – Tonya M., 3 months ago, on Google
“Bobbie has been extremely helpful. Honestly don’t know how that circus runs without her. She’s very informative and customer service is amazing. If I had to rate the store without Bobbie it would literally be 0.” – SHA C., 2 months ago, on Google
