About US Storage Centers
US Storage Centers sits in Norwalk, and the reviews keep coming back to two things: how clean the property is and how the staff treat people. Reviewers call it one of the cleanest storage properties in the area, with no trash around and easy navigation once you are on site. It offers both indoor and outdoor units, and all of them are drive-up accessible. Staff get named a lot. Nichole walked one reviewer through every step, Yvette gave a quote that matched the price in the office, and Brenda stayed patient with someone who showed up five minutes before closing. You can borrow a moving truck, flat beds, dollies or carts. Each unit has its own alarm. It rates 5.0 on Google across thousands of reviews. One reviewer mentioned a discount on their first two months. It is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the lot.
