About Vail Ranch Self Storage & Postal Center
This is a family owned spot off Temecula Parkway in historic Vail Ranch, easy to spot by the silo. Along with regular units, they rent covered RV and boat storage. There's also a full postal center on site with personal mailboxes, shipping drop-off, notary service and shredding, so you can grab mail and check the rig in one stop. Reviewers tend to mention the same things. The place is clean, well lit and behind a security gate. 24 hour storage access is available for a small extra charge. One reviewer noted the property is patrolled and used by local police. Staff friendliness comes up a lot, with one person pointing to an employee who has been there close to 30 years. Not every review is a good one. A recent customer complained about an unhelpful, unprofessional experience with the person overseeing the facility. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit.
