About Valley Storage - Medina
Valley Storage on Medina Rd runs a gated lot with keypad access, and renters handle the whole thing online. If you just need a spot to park the rig for the season, outdoor parking covers RVs, boats, campers, trailers, and work vans. Indoor units are available too, some drive-up. Reviewers often mention how clean the place is and how quick the rental process goes. One person rented at midnight and had their unit ready the next morning. Others call out the front office staff by name and describe them as helpful. A winter renter stored a convertible for the season and said they would rent again. Not every review is glowing. One long-time customer said rates have climbed steadily since the facility changed hands, without visible improvements to show for it. Worth knowing before you sign. The facility is veteran-owned and women-owned, and the office has posted hours rather than 24/7 access.
