About Van Mall Storage
Van Mall Storage runs a big operation on the Vancouver side: more than 600 units across 17 sizes, including indoor spaces. That range matters if your rig needs something specific. Managers are on site and will point you toward the right fit if you ask. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. David, Vanessa, and Hector get named for being kind and helpful, and several folks mention the crew was flexible with their situation. One reviewer of 16 years says they love the place and appreciate how things are done there. Others call the units clean and the grounds well kept, with high ceilings on the indoor side. Access is code-controlled, and reviewers describe the property as secure. Extra parking is thin, though people say it rarely gets busy. You can rent a U-Haul and buy a lock in the office. One long-term tenant notes the price has climbed over the years but is still happy after five.
