About Waterloo Road Self Storage
Waterloo Road Self Storage is a family-owned facility on N Broadway Ave in Stockton, near Highway 99. They offer outdoor RV storage along with boat and vehicle parking, both short-term and long-term. The lot is gated, lit, and has cameras. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Chelsea, Anna, and Katrina come up for being helpful and kind, even when things go wrong. One person reserved a moving truck that wasn't there, and Chelsea found one at another location. Others talk about clean units and fair prices, with some noting promotions at move-in. Not every review is positive. One person said their motor home was scratched, and the cameras only keep 24 hours of footage, so they didn't feel the outdoor lot was safe. If you're parking outside, that's worth knowing. The office also rents Budget trucks and sells packing supplies.
