About Watertown Mini Storage
Watertown Mini Storage sits in the middle of town and rents both indoor units and outdoor parking. RV and boat owners use the gated lot for rigs and trailers. Unit sizes run from 5x10 up to 11x30, and loading is drive-up at ground level. Reviewers call the price reasonable and the units and buildings clean. Several mention the owners being helpful and easy to talk to, and the lots get plowed in winter so you can get in year round. One long-term tenant says five years brought just one rent increase. Not every review is glowing. One person says snow gets pushed against their bay door after storms, so bring a shovel. Another reports water seeping under the door in heavy rain and advises putting things on pallets. Worth a look before you sign.
