About West Boca Self Storage
West Boca Self Storage sets aside dedicated outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and cars, alongside its indoor units. The lot is gated, with electronic access from 6 AM to 10 PM daily and 24/7 video recording. Climate-controlled units and ground-level drive-up bays are available if you need covered space too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Leroy gets named for walking people through rentals, and one customer called the new office manager, Alexis, a big part of why they stay. Cleanliness and safety come up often in the feedback, and the overall rating sits at 4.7 from 86 Google reviews. There is also on-site U-Haul rental and packing supplies. Not every review is warm. Some mention price increases that arrived without much notice, and one long-time renter complained about poor email and phone response and debris in the lot. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. Month-to-month leasing is offered, and the office is open seven days a week.
