About West Coast Self-Storage Silver State
West Coast Self-Storage Silver State sits on W 4th St in Reno, close to I-80 and a short drive from downtown. It's a self-storage facility that also lists RV and boat storage, with covered spaces mentioned. The property is gated and has climate-controlled units, plus a dump station and wash area for RVs. Reviewers often praise the staff, especially manager James Willis, for being helpful and explaining options clearly. The grounds and units get called clean, and some note the units feel new. A few mention the online process being easy and the welcome being warm. Not every review is positive. Some renters report large rate increases after a few months, and one says the front gate was broken or left open. Another mentions a good experience renting a truck. With 148 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, most feedback is favorable, but it's worth asking about rate history when you sign.
