About West El Paso Storage Units
West El Paso Storage Units is a self-storage facility in El Paso, Texas, with RV and automobile storage among its listed categories. It holds a 4.9-star rating across 217 Google reviews, and the reviews keep circling back to the people who run the place. Victoria comes up by name more than once, described as nice and attentive, someone who answered questions clearly and showed customers around the complex. Mary, the site manager, gets credit for years of professional help, including one reviewer who said she offered to cover a price raise. Other reviews mention polite, knowledgeable staff and a smooth rental process. Not every review is glowing. One customer paid online on a Saturday, arrived to find a gate code was missing from the confirmation email and account, and the office was closed. Worth knowing before you sign up on a weekend. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
