Westgate Storage, LLC.

About Westgate Storage, LLC.

Westgate Storage on the west side of Granbury handles RVs, boats, and regular household goods. Reviewers mention climate-controlled units alongside standard ones, and the property is described as well maintained and secure. One customer kept a boat and a storage unit here and said the owner watches over both like they were his own. The staff gets consistent praise. Mandy in the office is called out for customer service and getting payments applied correctly. Another reviewer moving to Florida said the owner and the woman who works there were understanding and easy to deal with. Security comes up more than once, with one person calling it second to none. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about a long check-in and pickup, and another called the grounds poorly kept. The facility is also a U-Haul dealer, so trailer rentals are available on site. Hours are limited, so plan your visit rather than showing up late.
