About Williamstown Self Storage Ustore

This is a self-storage yard in Williamstown, Kentucky, with outdoor space for RVs, campers and boats as well as regular storage units. The lot sits behind a tall security fence with a coded gate, cameras and lights on at night. Reviews are mixed. One renter calls it nice and clean, gated and well lit after dark, and another says it is a good place for a camper or boat. Others have not been so happy. One complained about rate increases and a roof leak that went unfixed, then updated that the leak had been repaired. Another said their unit was broken into and their things were thrown around. A third said the phone does not always get answered and late fees came despite trying to pay, and missed the personal service from the old owners. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you drive out. One reviewer mentions going to a unit auction there.
