About X-tra Space Self Storage
X-tra Space sits right off I-17 and AZ-69 in Cordes Lakes, near the McDonald's, gas stations, and the 50s Diner. That makes it a straightforward stop for folks in Mayer, Spring Valley, Prescott, and the surrounding area. The place offers indoor storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles, plus a parking spot if you just need somewhere to leave the rig. Reviewers keep bringing up Jason, the manager. They say he's communicative, patient, and walks you through the paperwork. One person mentioned a misunderstanding over a discount that Jason handled without losing his cool. Others note the lot is well maintained and units are clean. A few reviews mention security and fair rates. The Google rating sits at 4.4 from 49 reviews, so it's not perfect. One reviewer had a bad experience with after-hours access and phone response, so it's worth asking about those details yourself. Online payments are available if you'd rather not deal with checks.
