About Your Extra Storage
Your Extra Storage sits on East Emory Road in Knoxville, and it handles more than just household goods. They have dedicated RV and boat storage, so you're not squeezing a rig into a unit meant for boxes. All units are ground level, which means no elevators or ramps to deal with when you're moving stuff in or out. The place has 10-foot ceilings in every unit, giving you more vertical space than you might expect. There are climate-controlled options if you want to keep things dry, and drive-up access makes loading and unloading simpler. Security includes 24/7 video recording and gated access seven days a week, though one reviewer did wish the gate hours ran later. Reviews often mention the office staff by name, saying they're helpful and quick to explain things. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, along with clear communication during sign-up. People also note the location and affordability. Month-to-month rentals are available, and they sell packing and moving supplies on site.
