About Fairview Place Self Storage
Fairview Place Self Storage sits in Greenwood and runs 24 hour access with 16 digital video cameras watching the property. New customers get a free truck rental, which reviewers keep bringing up as a real perk. One noted the truck smelled like cigarette smoke, but staff dealt with it right away. Tim comes up a lot in the reviews. People describe him as helpful and polite, and say he got them set up on day one and made move out easy. The units themselves get called clean and well maintained, and there is an on site restroom. Some reviewers mention fees. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about not being able to reach anyone and a staff member asleep on the job, and another reported a break-in and water damage on move out. Worth reading through the 280 reviews yourself before you commit. Delivery acceptance and online payments are available.

“It was a great place to store. During that time someone broke into the place and. Cut literally every box. Since we didn’t catalog our stuff we didn’t know what was taken.” – John D., 5 months ago, on Google
“This place was great for me! My stuff stayed in great condition, stayed in there for a little over a year. And they treat you right! Tim got me hooked up with what I needed on day 1, and he helped me out a lot on move out day.” – Evan A., a year ago, on Google
“The facility is very nice and seems to be well maintained. Tim was very helpful and polite. The free moving truck was a great perk, however, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I notified Tim of this and he addressed the issue promptly.” – David S., 8 months ago, on Google
