About Fast & EZ Self Storage
Fast & EZ Self Storage sits on N. Lamb Boulevard on the east side, a short hop from Craig Road, Nellis Boulevard and the I-15 corridor. It serves North Las Vegas, Sunrise Manor and military families near Nellis AFB. What sets it apart is the mix: drive-up self-storage units alongside outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers and personal vehicles. Reviews are mixed but lean on the people. Kelly, who manages the grounds, comes up often for being kind, professional and ahead of what you need. Others mention friendly, helpful staff and steady long-term service, with one customer staying past three years. The complaints are worth knowing. Some renters report rent increases within a few months, access codes that failed on arrival, assigned units that were already occupied, and unit sizes measuring smaller than advertised. One notes no climate control and some dust. The property is gated with cameras and keypad entry, offers month-to-month leases and online payments, and operates as a U-Haul dealer. Rates get called good for the space, though a few say promised rates did not hold.

“It doesn't have climate control or fully dust-free storage spaces, but it suited our purpose. Great rates for a large storage space. Also, Kelly who manages the grounds is awesome! Very professional but also kind and friendly.” – M. M., a year ago, on Google
“Customer Service = 5 STARS The reason I can't give a total of 5 Stars is because, I was assured the rate of $40 monthly was "locked in". 3 months later, my bill spiked to $50.” – Su S., 8 years ago, on Google
“We’ve been with fast and EZ storage over three years They’re always accommodating, always consistent great prices and super friendly customer service if you’re looking for a good storage and for long-term, this is a place to go thank you…” – Patt, 2 months ago, on Google
