About Franklin Place Storage
Franklin Place Storage sits in Crossville and covers more than self-storage. The listing mentions climate controlled units, RV parking, vehicle storage and U-Haul rentals, so trucks and trailers come through here along with rigs and household goods. It has posted hours rather than round-the-clock access. Reviews split. Several people praise the counter staff, with one caller naming an employee and saying they were articulate and a big help. Others rent trailers regularly, call the staff friendly, and say reserving a truck online went smoothly. A few say the internet there is slow enough to slow things down. Then there are the complaints. Some reviewers describe front-desk attitude that made them cancel a reservation, and one says gate access meant waiting in town for someone to return. Others note inconsistent answers about rates and the computer system. The 3.7 rating across 17 reviews reflects both sides.
