About FreeUp Storage Madison
FreeUp Storage Madison sits on Marsh Rd. and handles more than household goods. The lot takes outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers and cars, alongside climate-controlled and heated units if you need something indoors. The place is gated and well lit, with cameras and 24-hour access. Reviewers bring up the unit selection a lot, and several mention how quickly staff respond when a question comes up. A few call out specific employees by name for walking them through the rental and move-out steps. The facility draws people from McFarland, Monona, Door Creek and Madison. Renting is month to month, with online bill pay and an online rental system. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported a break-in and said the cameras did not help, and another described trouble getting concerns addressed. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit.
