About FreeUp Storage Palatka
On 701 N. Moody Rd near the Palatka Municipal Airport, this is a self-storage yard that also takes RVs, boats and cars. Indoor climate-controlled units are available, along with drive-up access if you would rather back right up to the door. The property is gated, well lit and watched by 24/7 video cameras. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, with CeeCee named more than once for getting people set up and explaining things clearly. Others mention clean units and a quick move-in, sometimes under ten minutes. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about humidity and dim lighting inside, and another about a lock that needed replacing. The rating sits at 4.7 across 269 reviews, so most people come away satisfied. Drive past and see if the layout suits your rig.

“I have to correct my review. I came in frustrated as no one was there, once again. Not even the virtual agents. I made a call and spoke to a horrible rep named Jessica from macon. She sounded like she was asleep and was very rude.” – Yippity Y., 5 months ago, on Google
“Had issue with lock, but attendant replaced the lock and we were able to move on. Was little disappointed it being a climate unit, it still felt very humid and warm and no lights in unit other than hallway.” – tracy p., 6 months ago, on Google
“First time ever using a storage unit and Joe up at free up storage really helped me out.” – Ridge K., 2 months ago, on Google
