About Green Acres Premium Parking
Green Acres Premium Parking sits off Dowdell and FM2920 in Tomball, with easy access to the Grand Parkway. It is a private outdoor lot for RVs, boats, trailers, ATVs and work trucks, with gated 24/7 keypad entry and exit. Short-term and long-term spaces are both offered, and payments can be made online. Reviewers describe a lot with plenty of room for rigs and boats. One notes Southern Star Diesel and Auto opened in the barn onsite for truck and auto repairs, and calls the service excellent. Another calls it a nice clean old fashioned truck parking setup. Other reviews are not kind. One longtime renter says garbage bags were thrown in their trailer and that no cameras or on-site caretaker were available when they called. Another says the property has no manager, that the owner lives out of state, and warns about continued charges after move-out. The rating sits at 3.7 from 7 reviews, so read the recent ones before you commit.
