About Grumpy Grizzly RV Park & Storage
Grumpy Grizzly sits in Kemp, Texas, and serves as both an RV park and a storage facility. Reviews are split, and it is worth knowing that going in. The rating sits at 3.2 from 29 reviews, so it is not a place with a long string of five stars. What people praise is the staff. Several reviewers call the owners helpful and friendly, and one says they would recommend it. The shower house comes up as clean with hot water, and there is a small dog area that a couple of guests found cute. One person described it as a clean, comfortable place to stay. Other reviews go the other way. More than one person mentions trouble getting a callback, with calls and messages going unanswered. One reviewer complains about trash cans left to overflow and dogs roaming the lot, and says the laundry room was down for renovations. If you are counting on a quick response before you haul the rig out, that pattern is worth weighing.
