About Heartland Storage
Heartland Storage sits in Hollister, a quick hop from Branson and Table Rock Lake. RV owners get outdoor parking for rigs and trailers, drive-up units, and large private garages with power for boats and RVs. The lot is fenced with keypad gate access, cameras run around the clock, and exterior lighting stays on. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 39 Google ratings, and the talk tends to focus on the people. Several mention fast, friendly service and phones that actually get answered. One reviewer had a garage door fail on arrival and says they were moved to another unit right away. Others praise a staff member by name for walking them through their first bill. It is not unanimous. Some reviewers complain about charges and late fees, and one mentions bugs near a light and mice in a unit. Another describes a drawn-out cancellation. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
