About Homestead Self Storage
Homestead Self Storage sits on Wicks Lane on Billings' north side, next to Lake Hills Golf Course and close to US-87 and the Walmart Supercenter. Climate-controlled indoor units are the main draw, and there's large-vehicle parking for RVs and boats. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One customer of eight and a half years said the manager always asked how she was doing. Others mention paying by phone with a card on file and getting a receipt sent over. The grounds and units get called clean and well maintained, and the lot stays plowed in winter. A truck on hand made one move-in easier. Not everything is perfect. A reviewer dropped to three stars over the move-out policy: if you're not out by the 5th, you owe for the whole month. It holds a 4.5 rating across 91 Google reviews. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you need a specific time.
