About IN Self Storage - Salem Wallace
This Salem self-storage spot on Wallace serves as both a standard storage facility and an RV storage option. It has 24/7 security cameras watching the property, and reviewers often mention the staff as pleasant and helpful. One renter said the team was attentive and proactive about fixing a problem once they got in touch. Not every review is glowing. Some renters report pests in their units, including ants, spiders and rat droppings, along with yellow jacket nests. Others mention that getting in and out can be tight when the place is busy. There's also a split over pricing: the company advertises its No Nickel-and-Diming Pledge, but a few reviewers say the website prices didn't match what they were quoted. The facility runs on posted hours rather than round-the-clock access for renters. Reviews sit at 4.2 stars across 33 ratings, with the positives leaning on price and staff and the negatives on pests and billing surprises.
