About Iron Gate Mini Storage
Iron Gate Mini Storage sits in New Baltimore and runs both indoor and outdoor storage, with units from small 5x5 cubes up to 10x20. The grounds are lit and cameras are on site. Rates get called reasonable for the size, and several reviewers mention keeping trailers and campers there for years. The staff draws steady praise. People describe them as nice, helpful, and attentive when you're loading or unloading, and the area around the units stays neat and clean. A few long-term customers say they've had no trouble with the office or their neighbors. Security is the split. Some reviewers feel safe on site; others report break-ins and stolen equipment and say the cameras didn't help. A couple of people also mention mice and pests in their units. If you're parking a rig here, ask pointed questions about security and walk the lot first.

“I used this place initially in 2007-8 to store stuff until I could come back to Michigan for it. Everything was as I left it. Then again in 2011 for a month while I got resituated into an apartment.” – Nicole S., 11 months ago, on Google
“We stored our concession trailer here for many years. We had an inside unit and an outdoor spot. We thought it was very convenient. We never had any problems. The area around the units was always neat and clean.” – R N., 2 years ago, on Google
“Storage prices are good for the size. Guys there are nice and helpful. Only issue I have is mice are getting into my storage causing damage to some of my stuff. Threw moth balls and mice glue traps so hopefully that helps.” – Ann E., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
