About JK Self Storage - Clearwater
JK Self Storage sits on Edison Circle in Clearwater, central Minnesota. It's a self-storage place that also handles RVs and boats, and the reviews back that up. One reviewer kept belongings there for a year and a half and called the unit clean, dry, and easy to get in and out of. Security comes up a lot. People mention the gate works well and that access is cut off between 10 pm and 6 am, so it's not a 24-hour spot. The office gets praise too: staff are described as pleasant and quick to answer questions. Someone said the online rental process was easy, and a club member noted no water or mice issues over a year. One reviewer flagged a worn rubber door seal that hadn't been fixed. Pricing gets a nod as good and stable, with one long-term tenant saying fees rarely went up. It's close to town but on a somewhat private road.
