About K&M Enterprises
K&M Enterprises runs a gated outdoor lot in El Paso for trucks, trailers and RVs. Your spot is assigned, you get your own access code, and the yard is lit and covered by cameras. Reviewers mention security and lighting often. It is a plain gravel-style working yard, not a landscaped storage resort. Folks who park here tend to stay a while. One driver has been in the lot a couple years and another a full year with no issues. The recurring note in reviews is the owners: quick to answer calls or texts, and willing to step in when something goes wrong. One customer described them getting personally involved to help reposition a trailer parked the wrong way. Rates get called reasonable for the area, and people say there is room to maneuver. It is a parking lot first, so expect truck and trailer traffic rather than a quiet dead-end. Call ahead about availability.
