Kathy's Kampground & Storage

About Kathy's Kampground & Storage

Kathy's Kampground & Storage sits in Sealy, right off I-10, and handles both storage and camping. You can park a rig indoors, under cover or out in the open, and there's room for boats too, including enclosed boat storage and a boat washing station. Household items get their own climate controlled or non-climate spaces. Reviewers talk about the grounds more than anything. It comes up clean and manicured again and again, and the bathrooms, showers and laundry room get called spotless. Several mention level concrete pads and sites wide enough for big rigs. The complex is gated and well lit, and folks say they felt fine walking around after dark. Staff come up a lot too, described as friendly and helpful, including one reviewer who got a last-minute spot while crossing Texas. There's a pond, a playground and two dog parks. Some guests note I-10 traffic noise, though most say it didn't keep them up. Easy on and off the interstate, close to Katy but far enough out to feel quiet.
