About Katy Boat and RV Storage
Katy Boat and RV Storage has been renting out enclosed stalls for over 20 years, and the reviews show it. One customer has kept a boat there almost two years with no complaints about the facilities or the owners. Another has used the place for more than 20 years and reports no issues at all. The setup is straightforward. The property is fully fenced with bright lighting and keypad-operated gates. Stalls are fully enclosed and come with electricity, and you put your own lock on your unit. Boats, RVs and campers are the focus here. One reviewer noted no roof leaks anywhere after a July hurricane, and others have had no trouble with the gates coming or going. Worth knowing before you call: there is no water or dump station on site. Reviewers also describe the facility as strict about what it accepts, with one turned away over cargo trailer storage. The place is clean, well lit at night, and the people running it get called friendly and understanding when situations come up.
