About Kodiak Self Storage - Corpus Christi
Kodiak Self Storage sits right on the Crosstown Expressway, an easy stop for anyone in Southside, Flour Bluff, or Padre Island. They've got a 12x20 lot for boats and RVs, plus covered and indoor spots if you want your rig out of the sun. Climate-controlled units live in a fire-suppressed building, which helps with the Gulf Coast humidity. Cameras watch the property and pest control is routine. Reviewers keep bringing up Sunni, the manager. She's the reason people stay. One person said she took them down to measure the unit herself. Another called her sharp, funny, and easy to work with. She gets you the best price for what you need and makes the whole thing feel simple. Veterans discounts come up too. You can rent a U-Haul on-site if you're moving. Gates are open 6 am to 10 pm daily, and terms are month-to-month. Drive-up units go from 5x8 up to 12x36. If you're between houses or just parking the RV for the off-season, it's a straightforward setup with a manager who actually helps.
