About L Street Self Storage
L Street Self Storage is an RV and boat storage facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Reviewers bring up the owners and staff often, and the response splits. Several people describe the staff as very helpful and friendly, answering questions and offering advice on how to arrange items inside a unit. Others describe run-ins with the owner that left them frustrated. Cleanliness comes up in the reviews more than any other topic, and the impressions differ. One long-term renter said the place looked clean when they started years ago but now looks otherwise; others mention the facility is kept clean. Safety gets a few mentions too. A few reviewers note management is sometimes flexible about late payments and other times is not. One mentioned a billing issue after switching to a smaller unit. The facility keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock, so check them before you drive over. If you have questions about unit size, asking the staff directly seems to be the pattern reviewers describe.
