About Lock & Leave Storage at Placentia
Lock & Leave Storage sits on Richfield Rd in Placentia and pulls customers from Yorba Linda, Anaheim, and Fullerton too. The Google rating is 4.8 across 168 reviews, which is high for storage. Reviewers keep coming back to the same thing: the staff. Byron and Jeremy get named in reviews more than once. People describe them as detailed, transparent, and willing to help tenants make good decisions, including ones that save money. One long-term tenant has been there 13 years. Another shopped around for weeks before picking this place, mostly because of how accommodating the staff was. U-Haul trucks rent on site, so you can load up and move straight into a unit. The lot and the trucks themselves get called clean in reviews, and several people mention feeling their stuff is safe here. The office is wheelchair accessible, parking lot included. Hours are posted, but it is not open around the clock.
