About Mini Storage Depot
Mini Storage Depot is a self-storage facility on the self-storage side of Knoxville. It's gated and has cameras, and 24-hour access comes up in reviews. The place is also listed for boat and RV storage. Reviewers mention climate-controlled units that stayed clean over a year and a half. Staff get good marks, especially Daniel, who helped one customer sign up online. Others note the flat carts for moving boxes. The facility has climate control, pest control, and lit units. Some reviews are less positive. One mentions rodents getting into sealed totes and ruined belongings. Another flags extra fees at signing: a non-negotiable insurance fee and an admin fee not mentioned until the contract prints. Late fees and rate concerns also show up. It's worth asking about the full cost before you sign. The 4.6 rating comes from 70 reviews.
