About Moix RV - McGaugh Outpost
Moix RV - McGaugh Outpost is an RV dealership in Springdale, so storage here sits alongside a sales floor, a parts counter, and a service bay. New and used RVs, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and toy haulers all move through this lot, and trade-ins and consignment are part of the mix too. Reviewers tend to land on the people. Several mention a low-pressure sales approach and salespeople who answer questions without rushing. The parts department comes up often, around 14 times, and warranty work and camper repair get steady mentions. One reviewer called it the only place they would buy a camper. Others point to the finance department and delivery walkthroughs as the smooth parts. Not every review is warm. One customer described poor communication and a camper that was not as clean as promised. Another praised the service department's responsiveness but said the single service advisor was hard to reach and slow to return calls. The lot is wheelchair accessible with parking, and hours are posted.
