About Oak Hill Mini Warehouse
Oak Hill Mini Warehouse is a family owned and operated self-storage spot in Austin, running since 1984. RV owners mention indoor storage here. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things: friendly staff, fair rent, and a location that is easy to get to. It is not a brand new facility, and one reviewer said so plainly. They still called it a good value and had no trouble with damage to their property. Others describe plenty of space for the price and staff who are easy to deal with. One person noted that unlike the big box companies, they are not quick to push you out over a late payment. Several reviews mention the front staff by manner rather than name, calling them nice and helpful. A customer of more than two years described the place as professional and clean. Another said they got help the moment they arrived and were lost. If you want a straightforward spot with people who know their tenants, this is worth a call.
