About Ocoee Storage, Benton, Tn
Ocoee Storage is a family-run self-storage spot in Benton, TN. Along with regular units, there are a few RV and auto spaces on gravel. Sizes run 5x10 up to 10x30, and availability changes, so a call ahead is worth it. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean it stays and how secure it feels. People mention the cameras and keypad entry, and one person said they checked on security before buying a unit. The owner gets named in reviews too, and not just for being nice. One renter had a stiff door and said it was fixed immediately, apologies included. Price comes up a lot. Multiple reviewers call it the best in the area, and one person renegotiated a contract for a bigger unit and came away satisfied. The U-Haul convenience and the friendly staff show up in the feedback as well. With 18 Google reviews and a 4.9 average, this one has a strong local track record.

“Wonderful owner! She's very nice, the facility is clean, nice roads through the units, and it's secure. It's REALLY hard to get the door open on my unit, but I'm going to talk to the owner and see what we can do for it.” – Tammy R., Edited 7 years ago, on Google
