Outdoor spots and access
Five of the seven outdoor facilities in Newnan give you 24/7 gate access. That matters if you tow a rig home after dark or want to load up early on a Saturday. The trade-off is that open-air storage leaves your RV exposed to Georgia sun and summer storms. Check the gate hours before you commit, even at the 24/7 facilities, because some still limit office hours for paperwork. Most of the outdoor spots are gravel or paved, and you'll want to walk your site before paying. Look for good drainage so water doesn't pool under the tires.
Covered and indoor options
Newnan has four covered and five indoor RV storage facilities listed, so you have choices beyond the open lot. Covered spots block direct sun and most hail, which slows UV damage to roof sealant, decals, and tires. Indoor bays cost more but keep the rig out of pollen and rain entirely. StorMark Self Storage - Newnan lists boat storage along with indoor and covered spots, so it's worth a call if you have a boat trailer too. Ask whether the bay has power for a battery maintainer. A trickle charger saves you from a dead house battery in spring.
