About Plumas Lake Self Storage
Plumas Lake Self Storage is a locally owned spot just off the main drag, and it handles more than household goods. Covered storage for RVs and boats sits alongside drive-up units, and contracts run month to month. Rent online if you want to skip the office. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 72 Google ratings, and cleanliness comes up most often. People describe the facility as super clean with well-kept units, and a few long-term renters say they have stayed three years or more. Staff get named for being friendly and helpful about unit sizes and promotions. Security is another thing reviewers mention. Not every review is glowing. A couple of renters reported rodents getting into stored belongings, including mattresses, and one said insurance did not cover that damage. Worth knowing before you load up. Truck rentals are accepted here too, and at least one reviewer turned in a Penske with no trouble.
