About Prestige Storage - Utica
Prestige Storage - Utica keeps things simple for anyone parking an RV or boat in this part of Ohio. The property is gated and fenced, and cameras are part of the setup reviewers mention when they talk about security. The grounds and units get called clean, and people say the lot is easy to move a rig through. The staff draw a lot of praise. Reviewers name Stephanie and Gretchen for help that goes past what you would expect, like pitching in with boxes and furniture. Others mention fast answers by phone, gate code help, and communication that stays clear from start to finish. Rentals can be handled online, which several people found convenient. A few reviews note that prices went up under the current owner. That is worth knowing before you sign. Otherwise the feedback leans positive on cleanliness, security, and how the office treats people. Hours vary, so check ahead before you drive over.
