About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in North Fort Myers handles more than household goods. The location stores cars, boats, and RVs, and covered storage is mentioned for rigs that need a roof. Climate-controlled units are available too, which matters in Florida heat. The place sits at a 4.9 from more than 1,100 Google reviews. A lot of that praise lands on Matt, the general manager. Reviewers describe him going out of his way to fix complicated billing issues and answer emails fast, including one customer managing a unit from Alabama. Others mention a clean, well-kept building and an easy rental process. Carts are on hand for moving day. It is not all perfect. One reviewer liked the staff but saw rates climb every few months and could not justify the increases. If you are parking a rig long term, ask how the rate works before you sign. Hours are posted, but the gate is not open 24/7.
