About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Treasure Coast runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle parking, with indoor and outdoor spots mentioned for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. The property is gated with cameras, and some units are climate controlled. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Chris gets named over and over for being helpful and patient, and one reviewer said the whole experience turned around after talking to him. Others mention Noah walking them through a move. The clean, well-kept grounds come up often too, and a few people note reasonable rates and a quick rental process. Not every review is glowing. One tenant left after two rate increases in six months and said the back of the lot is very dark at night with no outdoor lights. Another found the climate control holding around 80 degrees, warm for moving day, and called the exit keypad placement awkward. Worth a walk-through before you sign.
