About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Rock Hill's south side handles RVs, boats, cars, and regular household goods, with 24-hour access and cameras on site. It's a self-storage facility first, so you're parking among units rather than in a dedicated lot, but reviewers call the grounds clean and the area secure. The staff gets the most mentions. Reviewers describe them as pleasant, helpful, and quick to answer questions, and one motorhome owner said communication was open throughout. Several people note the rental process was easy to work with. A few also mention the rental system and payment options as simple. Price is the split. Some call it affordable; others say rates went up after a couple of months and warn about increases not mentioned upfront. Worth asking about before you sign. Climate-controlled units and packing supplies are also offered. The facility isn't open 24/7 for office hours, but online rentals and payments are available.
