About PT Business Park
PT Business Park is a paved lot in Arlington off Hwy 287 that takes RVs, campers, boats, semis, and box trucks. The listing says fenced, locked, and 24-hour access, cameras, and a manager on site. Reviews paint a mixed picture. One driver parked a semi here for two years and called it convenient for the South Arlington and Mansfield area, with only a couple of issues. The common complaint is the driveway: it is narrow, and getting in and out onto the highway is tight when traffic is heavy. Security is the bigger split. Some reviewers report break-ins and vandalism, citing cut catalytic converters and a broken windshield, and say lighting and the gate were lacking when it happened. Others mention pricing that differed from what they saw online. The lot does run 24/7 access, and the manager is on site.

“Good convenient place to park in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. I parked my semi for 2 years and only had a couple of issues.” – Jeremy G., 2 years ago, on Google
“It's a great place to park semitrucks like mine. The main complaint is getting on and off the street. It needs a wider driveway. If there's traffic, it's difficult to get room and time to turn in and out.” – James E., 5 years ago, on Google
