About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Canal Winchester and handles more than household clutter. The unit list includes 10x20, 10x25 and 10x30 outside spaces with rollup doors and drive-up access, and the larger two are marked for boat or vehicle parking. Smaller 5x15 and 10x10 inside units are climate controlled if you would rather keep your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Shelley gets named again and again for being patient and clear, and one person said Aden walked them through how the units work and what they would spend. Others call the rental process easy and quick. The rating sits at 4.8 from 389 reviews, which is a strong number for storage. Not every review is glowing. One customer wrote that closing a unit turned into months of trouble, with calls going unanswered and rent paid longer than expected. Worth knowing before you sign. Access is 24/7, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible.
