About Public Storage
Public Storage on Dale City is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, listed under automobile, boat, and RV categories. Access is available around the clock, so you are not tied to an office schedule when you need to get to your rig. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sharon, Max, and Ana get named for being friendly and patient, showing people multiple units and answering questions before they commit. The property itself gets called clean and secure more than once, and several people describe the move-in process as fast and easy. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer said the price climbs every few months and that reaching someone at the office or by phone during business hours can be hard. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking.
