About Public Storage

Public Storage on this Dallas lot offers a range of spaces, from small 5x5 climate-controlled units to large 10x30 drive-up spots. You can rent online and skip the counter. The property has been around for nearly 50 years, though this location's vibe comes through in reviews. Reviewers often mention Mark and Zaria by name for being polite and informative. One person said Mark is thorough and quick to respond. Another appreciated Zaria's help with an insurance claim. The rental process and payment get called smooth by several folks. Cleanliness comes up too, with one reviewer noting the outside and inside areas are well kept. Not every comment is glowing. One review mentioned mold and a manager leaving, but that same person praised the on-site manager for helping file insurance. Another felt the climate control aisle was warm. With 385 reviews and a 4.7 rating, most feedback leans positive. The facility is wheelchair accessible with an entrance and parking lot.
