About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Indianapolis and handles self-storage along with car, boat and RV parking. The listings mention covered spaces. Access is 24/7, and the lot is wheelchair accessible with parking on site. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and the company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. Reviews land at 4.4 from 361 ratings, and the manager Tim comes up often. People describe him as pleasant and patient, giving thorough explanations. Cleanliness shows up too, and a renter named Joslyn gets called out as helpful. Not everyone is happy. One review describes a four-year renter finding mold, raccoon footprints and a sagging ceiling in a unit, and another complains that reaching a person by phone is hard. Units listed include outside drive-up spaces in 10x15, 10x30 and 10x10, plus a smaller 5x10 on the first floor inside. Reservations are free with no commitment, per the company.
