About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Jacksonville's self-storage scene handles more than boxes. The lot has large outdoor parking spots with drive-up access, so you can pull your rig right up to your space. Some units sit near a door or elevator, which helps when you're hauling gear. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Micki and Bobby get named for being welcoming and making the rental process easy. One customer said they switched to a climate-controlled unit without a fuss. Others mention clean units and a straightforward sign-up. A few reviews point to problems. One person found rodent damage and filed an insurance claim. Another had trouble with a lock and a refund. The place isn't open 24/7, so check the hours before you head over.
